yes! every piece is handmade in my brooklyn studio. because of this, small variations in shape, color, glaze, and details are part of what makes each piece unique.

we use high-quality, carefully selected materials for all of our products. If you have specific questions about a product, feel free to contact us.

is your pottery food safe?

yes, pieces intended for food use are made with food-safe materials and glazes. no lead glazes here!

how long does shipping take?

standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. expedited options may be available at checkout.

what is your return policy?

we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. items must be unused and in their original condition. please contact us to initiate a return.

how do I care for my purchase?

all ceramic items are dishwasher and microwave safe unless stated otherwise

do you accept custom orders?

yes! I occasionally take on custom pottery projects. for larger orders, restaurants, businesses, collaborations, or special projects, please contact me with your idea and quantity.

can I request a custom color or design?

maybe! i’m always happy to hear your ideas, but custom work is subject to my production schedule and may not be available during the busy holiday season. feel free to reach out and ask! 🐦
